If your order includes made-to-order, pre-order, or small-batch items, processing times may vary. Any extended lead times will be noted in the product description where possible.

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amicheredesign@gmail.com or by Whatsapp 1-310-601-6383 with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a full unboxing video.
Natural Variation
Many of our items are handmade or crafted from natural materials such as stone, which means slight variation in color, veining, texture, and finish is part of the character of each piece and not considered damage.
